That Keith Vaz open letter

I suggested last night that the reaction to Mr Vaz's open letter in the Leicester Mercury might not be great. We received 72 comments, one of which was largely supportive of the MP and another of which accused the Mercury of racism in our coverage of the issue - the rest were as you might expect!

    72 achieved without me even trolling. Not bad. I doubt that was what KV planned.

    Update: There are now 85 comments on the Vaz open letter - including half a dozen that have been added today by people who support Mr Vaz. There are a further 32 on our comment piece from today which are largely unsympathetic to the MP.
